چکیده

Background: Breast cancer (BC) has now surpassed lung as the leading cause of global incidence in 2020, with an estimated 2.3 million new cases, representing 11.7% all cases. It is a highly heterogeneous disease variety morphologic and clinical manifestations which results range responses to treatment. Recently, targeted therapies based on genetic, hormonal, or immunohistochemical (IHC) subtypes breast have been used.
Objective: The study was prospective hospital-based observational sample size 150 aimed determine distribution various molecular carcinoma also correlate expression status ER, PR, Her2neu, Ki 67 patient's age, tumor size, type, histological grade, lymph node status, TNM staging.
Results: 96.7% cases were invasive ductal (NOS). Most grade 1 tumors (68.8%) both ER PR positive. Grade 2 had almost equal 39.4% patients being & positive 43.7% negative. Almost 3 (88.9%) -negative.
Conclusion: IHC markers are cost-effective easily available worldwide even resource-poor countries like India. A greater understanding classification triple will help development that lead increased efficacy, decreased toxicity, disease-free survival, better selection who benefit from

Correlation of HER-2 over-expression with clinico-pathological parameters in Tunisian breast carcinoma

BACKGROUND Breast carcinoma is a disease with a tremendous heterogeneity in its clinical behavior. Newer prognostic factors and predictors of response to therapy are needed. The aim of this study was to evaluate the expression of HER-2, estrogen receptor (ER) and progesterone receptors (PR) in breast carcinoma and to compare it with other prognostic parameters such as histological type and grad...

Despite aggressive and multidisciplinary treatment approaches, there has been no significant improvement in 5-year survival over the past 20 years. Several prognostic and predictive clinical, pathological...
